Heal Defect

The left boot had a defect - the heal was separating from the the boot. I did not accept the pair of boots from Boot Barn when I went to pick them up. After notifying the store, I asked for a refund. Even without the defect, I was not impressed with the general quality and finish of the boot. I decided to buy a different brand of boot instead.
