    I like the boots i bought. I just hoped you had all in stock to try on and see them. I received a coupon for $20.00 off after purchase, I'm a little disappointed because i have to spend a certain amount to redeem this coupon. I shop more with retail stores that give me the customer cash back incentives or better deals just for being there customer. Thank you, Mr Castillo

    Scuffed (Used?) Boots

    Boots arrived scuffed up. I called Shepler's customer service who told me that they would email a return label to exchange them. Label never arrived, had to call back.

    Boot was all scratched up, one heel was separated from the back of the boot when I received them. Sent them back for an exchange, they charged my credit card for another pair of boots before issuing a credit weeks went by I finally canceled the order. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN !

    I have three pairs of Dan post boots in size 9 1/2 D. I could not even begin to get my foot into this pair.

    These boots had a very different color to them in the online advertisement than in the store, The online ad showed them with a peanut brittle color when in fact they had dark brown color to them This seems to happen anytime I buy boots online. I want to make it crystal clear, the color online is very misleading. Ladies and gentlemen, if you truly like the color of the boots in online advertisements, contact the vendor directly and ask the to text you a photo.
