This is the second time I bought boots that I had to return. There doesn't seem to be any quality control. And I have to ship them back. Very inconvenient. The boots were damaged and they should have caught it.

The ordering prcoess was bery straight-forward. However, when I picked up the boots they looked nothing like they did in the picture. Less grey/gold/silver and literally just black and white, almost looked like a cow-hide on a boot.

The boots are very comfortable and fit fine. The only thing i did not like was, the boot pictured was much darker than the boot I received. Still, good by, good fit.
