Buy in store not online

The quality of the product is excellent, they are a beautiful boot, every boot i tried on that was that style number in the stores but in different colors, fit perfectly. So i ordered the black cherry ones and when they came in they fit like they were 2 sizes too big and 2 sizes wider and fell off my foot. Very disappointed. Theres no blame to assign, im not angry. And if i would have sent them back theres no guarantee if the next pair would be the same ill fitting or radically different
