The boots look nice but don’t feel comfortable. Where it has the holes on top of the boot, there was a piece of material that kept cutting/scratching my leg (even with socks). I tried to remove it by cutting it and the other boot would do the same to my leg. Plus it needs more padding as it will hurt your feet after a long day. Inserts must be bought with these.

Ordered on line the boot had a flaw uneven on bottom took to store and the store could not replace the boot stated it does not exist so we traded and did an Ariat boot my grandson was disappointed I had him go 2 weeks earlier to find what he wanted so I could order for Christmas arrived was so excited he put on and the right boot was uneven when he stepped and walked very uncomfortable due to that issue Just was shocked could replace the boot

Boot Barn has the best customer service! They have always been so helpful whenever we have had an issue with a product purchased. It has become much more rare to find that level of service in the retail industry these days. It used to be Nordstrom's had the best service, but I've found theirs has dropped off recently (since COVID) and Boot Barn's far exceeds theirs. Love the styles and selection of clothing, fun jewelry and accessories and of course, BOOTS! One of my favorite stores.
