I couldn't fault the service. I thought the parcel had gone missing. I contacted Sheplers and on the same day they contacted me to let me know where my parcel was. The parcel arrived the hext day.

I bought this for my husband. The canvas outer layer was extra SOFT, like it had been broken in- not stiff like on the popular C brand. It has a longer length, which was another plus. The lining, pockets, and heavy duty zipper were also great. The only drawback is that it isn't loose fit, like the C brand, so it's hard to get a shirt, especially a sweatshirt, under your normal size. For that reason we ended up returning it.
