Sizing Defect

These boots are beautiful. However, I have ordered them twice. The first pair, a size 8, I thought must have been sized incorectly . I could not even get them on at all. I had also ordered another pair of boots, different style, same size that they fit good. You could tell in comparing them two books that these boots were much smaller. So I just thought they were a factory defect. So I ordered another pair. However, the other pair came. Same problem. Could not get them on. For some reason, these boots are made differently than most boots and are not sized according to USA sizes.
