I bought this hat and love it, but I ordered a size too big. I was able to talk to a very nice lady who was very helpful in giving me instructions on how to return it for an exchange which is now in process. She also sent me a return label to expedite the return. Very satisfied with the customer service as well as the product.

As a Japanese person, my head shape is quite unique, so even if I got the size exactly, it didn't quite match. This time I adjusted it by putting paper inside, but in the future I would be happy if you could accept patterns or something.

Well, first the sticker for the hat had glue inside the ribbon that goes around the hat. So I couldn’t get the paper off. So edges of the paper are sticking out. Second there is damage to the top of the hat from where it was sitting in the cardboard box.

I purchased this hat yesterday and with a little wear the had started smelling like chemicals. Whatever they treat this hat with doesn't mix well with even the slightest amount of sweat. Will be returning.

It is a beautiful hat with two giant problems. The first is, the description is an outright lie. It claims the sweat band is leather. That is not true. It is synthetic. If you look closely, you can actually see the pixels of the leather pattern. That is simply unacceptable. Second, on the front side of the sweat band, carved into the fake leather, is a big number 15 followed by fifteen small x's. So . . . every time you wear the hat, when you take it off you will be able to CLEARLY read "15 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" across your forehead. It's so clear you will actually be able to count the fifteen x's. I'm hoping as the hat loosens up this won't be a problem anymore. In the mean time, putting a piece of masking tape across that area solved the problem. Still, it's beyond dumb to have writing carved into the hat band of a hat. So, I love the hat, but these two things are just ridiculous.

Hat looks just like in the picture, however it is a little big, I can fit 2 fingers on the side of my head, so when there is a little breeze the hat flys off my head. I did buy the hat at the recommended size also

I love the same of this hat. It straight and bent just right. The only issue I have with it is. This fits small for a 7-1/4" hat. I had to stretch it to get it to fit comfortably. Also, it's an extremely stiff hat. There is very little to zero flex in this hat. But for the price, it's a great deal!!
