This hat was supposed to be identical to my last CJ straw (same model, shape, etc) It is quite larger for a 7 5/8 hat . (And I even work at a Boot Barn!) Oh well. I padded it up and it fits fine for the store/work applications. I'll use my older one for riding the horses.

Was looking for an everyday yard work hat. This works very well. Nicely vented & true to size.

Wearing it now, love the Bangora pattern & slightly taller hat, allows air in and heat to escape.

I bought the hat but it did not fit I think the Bangor sizes are different.

Wore a bangora hat in high school in the eighties couldn’t find one in my size for years until I saw this one on your website took a chance and when I got it perfect fit my wife loves it reminds her of when we dated im thinking of buying another one or two to have in reserve when I wear this one out I have a big head so to find hats that fit as well as this one has been difficult over the years so thank you

Sizing is spot-on.....ie; if you normally get a size 7, then a 7 is right. The brim is actually a little larger around than what I've usually had so that' takes a little to get used to

I wear these every day on the farm. they are correctly sized and durable. It's a good hat for the money.

I have always had Stetson hats. Figured I would give Cody James a try. So far I love it. But let’s see how it holds up. I am hard on hats and wear them everyday.

I love everything about this hat. Let me just say, if you wear wigs and hair extensions, it is definitely "Big Head" friendly. This one is my second cowboy hat purchased.

I got 7 1/8 and it was very true to size and the hat feels extremely durable, good thickness.

Great hat for the price. Needed a hat for gymkhana events and this worked perfectly. Its cheap enough that I don’t have to worry about ruining it but it also looks good.

Nice hat at a good price. Second hat I've bought here. Only bad thing is they never have the hat shaping machine working. I have to go to cavenders who has a full time hat shaper.

I purchased this hat to wear as a volunteer at the rodeo. It will help deal with the heat and it complies with what I need to wear as a volunteer. The fact that it looks really nice and holds it's shape is a nice benefit.

If you just need a cheap work hat it can’t be beat. My old hat I had for 10+ years (same as this one) I replaced only because the sweatband was deteriorating.

There appears to be a quality control with this hat, and/or there are 2 different size brims which are being pulled from to fulfill orders. I got a 4 inch brim instead of a 4 1/4 inch brim, and have initiated a return to get the hat replaced. I’m now wondering if this brim is ‘approximate size’. I’ll see what shows up in a few days…
