I love these boots, very stylish, yet understated. I did have to get the insole stretched in order to get them on and off though.

Apparently black boots with a cherry "paint coating..." as the coating was peeling off during the first time wearing. Otherwise the boots were stylish and comfortable if you're willing to pay the premium for a one-time use item...Fortunately the store accepted a return. I will be buying dyed leather boots in the future and avoiding Cody James products.

My brother loved them! It’s not is original style of boot but he really want boots like this. He wanted black but decided on these boots. They had to order them at the store! The service was really good!

I bought them online, and the boots I recieved are exactly what the pictures look like and are much better than I expected. Definitely good quality build, especially at this price point. The leather is stiff, definitely a bit uncomfortable out of the box, but I believe that can be a good thing. I've learned that when boots are softer and more comfortable out of the box, they typically end up falling apart and the leather ends up being saggy and floppy. I've worn these about 15 times, and they're starting to break in beautifully. The leather is staying stiff while still stretching to form around my feet. Honestly, when comparing my other boots in this price range, I would've been happy paying $300+ for these boots. I'll update this review if my opinion ends up changing, but I don't think it will.

just what i ordered but early to really rate them, i doubt that i will run into problems though and when they stretch into a good fit i am sure i will like them even more.
