I really wanted to like these jeans, but I'm afraid they won't see much daylight. I think the "slim" part must be referring to how they make my wallet feel, because they sure don't fit me like they do in the advertisements. It's like they were designed for someone who has never skipped leg day in their life! The material is like they took a piece of cardboard and decided to dye it black. Not only does it feel like I'm wearing a cardboard box, but it also attracts dirt and lint like nobody's business. I feel like I need a lint roller on standby at all times. In all seriousness though, I wouldn't recommend these jeans. Unless, of course, you're going for the "I just rolled out of bed and put on whatever was on the floor" look. In that case, these jeans are perfect for you!

A great fit that's slimmer but not skinny. I don't care for the relaxed, "jabba the hut" kind of baggy jeans. But finding a slimmer jean that works with boots is not easy. After several brands and so-called "slim", these are the only ones that get it right. Additionally, the small amount of stretch makes them more comfortable that our beloved 100% cotton. They do run long which is either 1) let them bunch or 2) have them hemmed.

Quality, heavy jeans. Almost bell bottom sized leg opening. Waist and butt are form fitting. A good product, but definitely a unique cut.

I always order my jeans from Sheplers at the 34/34 size. However, the Cody James jeans I ordered here have a 36 inch waist, as measured by me. The jeans are labeled 34/34 but they are clearly mis-labeled. I like the style and want to order an exchange, but I don't know whether to order a smaller size waist, or whether this one pair was erroneously labeled. Will be calling Customer Service today to ask for help. Hopefully, they can steer me in the right direction.

Most black jeans are not black enough. These are not that case, they are very black. Perfect fit too.
