Need Refund

I want to give it a zero star and who do I send pictures to for a refund? I have worn them 2 times! And they are already coming apart. You can check I picked them up just last week!

Skin is flaking off already...

Had them for a month only worn them a handful of times, conditioning them often. A lot of skin on toe of boot is flaking off. Disappointing.
