I have a lot of expensive cowboy boots. These are great boots for the money.

I love the boots but I cant wear them because though they are reportedly my size it is very difficult to even get one on. Can they be stretched or can I bring them back and trade for a slightly larger pair. I learned not to buy on line. You need to try them on first. I am 86 years old but a cowboy at heart. Please advise.
