this is one of the worst quality hats I've ever seen. not only was the hat damaged in shipping. the shaping itself is completely wrong, the floor of the hat sits crooked to the top, the brims aren't symmetrical, the wool quality is like shag carpet. and its a much darker grey than was shown in photos. All that being said, the head band is the most comfortable ive ever worn so i guess you got that right. keep that and throw the rest of it out and try again.

Hat came shipped without a hat box. Was crammed into a regular box and is beyond repair to reshape. Definitely size up on this hat. Nice hat, poor size, terrible shipping.

Awesome hat nice hat protector as well ive had a justin hat and a hat protector for 3 yrs from sheplers still looks great i will continue to shop sheplers for all my western needs great on line service. My new felt is awesome i knew it would !!!!

It’s a bit snug but I got a hat stretcher so I think it will work out. The color and felt are beautiful. Wish they sold a 7 7/8 I’d buy all the colors! Came in a great hat box as well so you don’t have to rest in on you dash board.

The hat was perfect my husband is in law enforcement and it matched his uniform perfectly!

Good hat for price steamed myself to fit and worked well

I ordered this hat after my teen sent me the link so I never saw it in person until it arrived at my door. It’s awful and so cheap. The lining was partially out of the inside and the lining material is so cheap. The kind of material children’s costumes from big box stores are made of. I honestly thought the had was made from cardboard that had been flocked. I told my teen there was no way they were wearing this in public. I returned for a Stetson. Honestly, the hat we bought for a Halloween costume at Party City is made better than this CJ hat.

Decent price for a nice hat. Edges are a little rough, but not too bad. Glad it came with a proper hat box.
