Absolutely PERFECT. The elastic band around the inside made sure it fit the 6 month's old head, and has plenty of stretch as he grows. He'll wear this hat for at least 3-4 years

This hat is very sturdy and great for my three-year-old son. The only complaint I have is that the hat band came off almost immediately. It didn’t even last two hours. Their Daddy‘s pretty strict on them about how they handle their hats so he wasn’t playing rough in it or anything of that nature. Thankfully I fixed it with a hot glue gun. The hat itself is great but the ribbon they used for the hat band was not very secure.

I bought this for my son’s Halloween costume and he loves it. I did have to size up for him so it fit well, but it is well made and worth it.

Had high hopes for this hat since it looks great in the photo and said straw. this is canvas with some kind of paint on it. it stunk of chemicals and living in an environment with high heat, this was not a suitable hat for my 2 year old. do not buy and recommend that boot barn pulls this from shelves.

Love these hats! Bought one for my toddler and one his baby brother and both will grow into them! I like that they aren’t going to crush or misshape easily! I was concerned about shipping since some reviews said they shipped in bags but mine came in a fancy hat box that I plan to keep them in when not in use. Highly recommend!!

My son loves his hate! He's two and it surprisingly fit great. He is pretty rough with his things so we love that the hat is plastic and sturdy, some may not like the material though. The only thing we don't like is the smell. It's a strong plastic smell, and while it has faded it's definitely still there after a few days.

Brought these for my 2 girls who love wearing them.

I bought the hat for our great grandson who is 3 . I used it as an Easter basket , filled it with Easter grass and the added a chocolate bunny & candies. Wrapped it in clear cellophane. It was too cute . It is a nice hat ,fit really well the little black band did not stay on but the hat is so worth the price and is durable for a little busy boy ! I have been happy with all of my purchases from Sheplers.

Hat is great and fit my son well. My advice is to not order online and go directly to the store because it was shipped in a plastic envelope with no protection so it was crushed when I received it. Got great customer service in the closest store to me and was able to change it out.
