The elastic band is nice for toddlers while growing. For reference my toddlers head is 19 1/2 in and this fits perfect with some room to grow

I ordered a child’s white straw cowboy hat. The first one I ordered was too small. I needed to get the larger size but to send the first one back would cost almost as much as I had paid. I ended up buying a second hat and keeping both of them. The quality of the hats seem excellent and look very nice!
