Quality exceeds price. This is my second purchase of this same hat. The only reason I give 4 stars vice 5 stars is because after a couple years the inner hat band will deteriorate and pieces will begin falling off. My stetson hats never do this.

The same hat and gray has a nice liner/band on the inside that is padded. All of the black ones, for some reason, have a cheat vinyl liner that just makes your head sweat vs the padded one in the gray hats that are more comfortable and soak up sweat.

I bought this hat because it was offered in a size 8... I wear a size 8 fitted hat and all of my snapbacks require an extender... Even so, I could still fit a finger between the hat band and my head comfortably.... I have a silverbelly Resistol in 7 3/4 that's a bit too snug... I really don't know what to do.... Just wanted this for an everyday work hat...
