Bought these on-line, IN the Rochester store. Nice boots, fell in love with them. But when I received them in the mail, was very disappointed. The Left boot had a double, folded seam on the inside, that rubbed my pinky toe raw! Was going to take them back but my Husband fixed it- by shaving the seam off! He knew how much I loved them and now their good to go! Quality control needs to make sure their doing a better job before they get sent out.

I love these boots, they are so cute on my feet and very comfortable on my feet.

The heel was just the right height and the fit was very comfortable. I really liked the tobacco color, where it was visible. The finish was a distressed look, but appeared like rough sandpaper had been scratched into the finish. These scratches ruined the boot, which would get a score of 1. This boot should be made available without the scratches!

I just received these yesterday and unfortunately I'm having to return. They must run small, so I have to try a size up. Nicely padded at the bottom of the foot. Great everyday boot. Can't wait for the re-order to arrive and see if they are comfy or not. Then I will redo my review. Boot Barn has great customer service by the way.

I really like the looks of this boot. I normally wear a size 10. It was tight. Ordered an 11. It was too large. The boot itself is perfect because it has brown and black tones allowing you to wear with most everything.

Received a replacement product, and it was obviously worn as the sole was definitely scuffed. The leather had creases from use. Quality is great However I didn’t expect a used product for a brand new boot purchase

The quality of the boot is great. Was my first time buying this type of boot. I ordered my exact size 8 1/2, but I wish I ordered the next size up as it was snug and I did get a heel blister. Which is expected of all new shoes. Or maybe just need to break em in more. I would order again for sure.
