Love the hat, unfortunately my head is petite and it didn't sit well on my head.

Definitely going to order again from boot barn again! The Charlie hat came at a good time and although the pin didn’t come with, I contacted the store and 4 days later they shipped the pin to me which I was really happy they did! It was wonderful!!

It was a gift for my wife, and she loves it. Quality seems really good.

Really cute hat . I love the style . Very comfortable too. I added a stampede string so it stays on when I ride my horse.

It really bothers me that the horse shoe symbol is not centered. I bought one hat and returned it because it was too small. The the second larger hat I received was not centered so I went to return it only to find out that ALL the Charlie hats are not centered.

The color wasn't as rich as I'd thought it would be. That was disappointing. The fit was alright. Wish my local Boot Barn had more selection on women western hats.

Not sure if it was just mine but the brand on the hat was faded/barely there. Almost as if it just didnt get "branded" long enough. Super disappointed when i called customer service she said well just send them an email and they can tell you what to do. I was even more annoyed! I called customer service all for her to tell me to send an email. Never again BootBarn!

Looks fake the C is sideways not centered and faded yellow looking and I top of that came one side extremely folded ? I don’t understand how ? It looks like they packaged the hat already folded and just put in the box

love Charlie 1 hats and have always worn a large. For whatever reason, this one was just a bit too loose so I had to return it. Good quality though.

Bought the hat as a gift and they loved it. They wear everyday and it has held up perfectly. Would by another one in a different color so they could mix and match their outfits.
