Very comfortable, Thinner and lighter weight than the duck material but still feels rugged and durable.

Like these pants. They fit well and look nice. My favorite part of them is the convenient phone pocket. This is my third pair.

My boyfriend lovessss these pants for work. They are super durable and well made. He claims they are super comfortable for a long day and enjoys how they fit. If I had to purchase another pant these would be them.

Very good pants. I particularly like the material which has a softer hand than the normal Carhart canvas feel. I also like the fact that you don’t have to deal with the hammer loop which almost no one ever uses. The fit is a little big but I can live with that. Next time I’ll order one waist size smaller.

I like these pants BUT they are not holding up. I have had these pants (4pair) for about a year now and 2 have a tear in the straddle. I am a truck driver and I only wear these pants in the winter months.

I returned these. Awkward fit. The seam in the butt area is too high and climbs up into unwanted areas.

I bought these pants for my boyfriend, who works with the USPS as a mechanic and electrician for mail processing equipment. He likes the fit and especially likes the side pocket for his phone. He doesn't have to worry that it'll fall out.

I bought a pair of these and loved them. I went back to buy a second pair of a different color. The second pair was a different material, different cut, and different size. I checked to see if they were the same model and they were. I am not sure why they were changed but it was not an improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm giving only 4 stars because the sizing. I've seen other people have the same issue. Other than this, the pants are excellent. Very comfortable. I wear a 38"-40" waist in most pants, so I ordered one of each to try both sized. They were both too small, so I ordered a 42" waist and they are huge. I tried on another pair of 40" waist and they fit fine. I would definitely try them on at the store. The sizing is inconsistent.

My pants are a great fit in the office, or when I’m out in the field.

These fit great and allow all kinds of odd movements I have to do getting in and out of trucks and excavation holes. However I've only had them a couple of weeks and the area under the crotch and back to the crack has worn down significantly to wear the canvas material is now a faded lighter color and is now pilling. Unfortunately it's clearly visible to others if my back is turned which makes me self conscious, and makes me feel like these won't last very long even with light use. The color I wear is Moss, perhaps other colors wouldn't wear out so quickly but I don't know.

They seem good as office/town pants. Pretty thin material so they definitely wouldn't hold up as work pants (rugged? Nope). But I like the way they fit. A rare Carhartt style that's made in my waist size (29), no hammer loop, and not ridiculously baggy clown pants like a lot of Carhartts. So I like them!

I always buy carhartt, I ordered two pairs of these and I’m very unhappy. I length is way longer then it should be and the quality does not seem the same. Not to sure if I will be purchasing much more carhartt

Great fit, perfect for what I do As a gardener I am constantly on my knees, in the soil, getting wet, and up and down. Carhartt durability always comes through.

Not as good as the old B299. Fit is more slim. Do like the stretch feature.
