Very warm and stays up on your nose well. I haven't hit a snowstorm yet, but can imagine what a game changer this will be in protecting my face from brutal Chicago winds.

Love this gaiter but the tag can be irritating. Printing the information directly on the cloth would eliminate that problem. Otherwise, it’s very warm.

Love this thing. Recently bought it and so glad i did - right in time for our cold weather. Weird thing is, the one that got shipped to me, doesn’t say “FORCE” on it yet the tag for it said it was a force one. Idk. But I love that i can pull this up over my nose and my ears. It’s perfect cuz i own carhartt jackets that don’t have hoods and can’t get hoods either. It’s like a a really warm scarf w/o all the bulk underneath your jacket. This will def help keep me warm on the windy, cold days when i go dog walking. I like that it’s as warm as my fleece balaclava but w/o it having to be a balaclava. It’s a thick fleece and ladies, if you have your hair up in a ponytail, it’s gonna come down when you put this on so you’ve been warned. THE ONLY CON for this item is the massive sized tag that’s on the inside. I wish it was smaller.

Excellent against cold winds. Never feel any chill with it on. Just wish a Velcro version existed so as to not mess up my perfectly sculpted coif!!

Fits under a hard hat and keeps your ears warm. I have a second one for my neck and it's complete coverage from neck up.

My Carhartt Fleece Neck Gaiter is incredibly comfortable and warm. I don't think I've gone outside without it on in the last several weeks I've had it but when I do wear it, I never get cold around my neck. One thing I did noticed is that mine only has the stitched Carharrt logo on it; the product description image appears to show some additional white lettering on the side that mine does not have, but this does not affect the performance of the garment at all. I will definitely buy this again if I ever need to.

The only problem I had with this was the tag. When I first tried it on there was a large tag that was very rough and stiff on the inside that did not feel great on my neck. After some careful removing to not damage the stitching of the item it is much more comfortable. I have used a few different versions of these or similar items for skiing but those are usually a more lightweight material. For long hours working outside in the cold this one is a much thicker fleece instead of a polyester material so it seems like it will be warmer (although also more bulky) and will hold up well but I have not had it long enough or used it enough to really rate on durability or quality but it seems like something I will have for a while.

Works well. I bought it to use as a face mask during Covid, but I'm sure it'll be nice for winter warmth, too. Seems well made.

Cannot say enough good things about the Gaiter from Carhartt. Got the real test just after receiving the gaiter, had 40 mph winds making the wind chill outside -30, and it kept the winds out so I could stay warm. Working construction outside is a true test on what will work and what doesn't

Got it during covid. Also made a good face mask. It keeps face and neck comfortably warm without overheating.

when i want to use as a mouth and nose covering, it doesn't stay up. It's warm but for what i'd hoped to us it for, it's not great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a heavy sweater and usually when I wear beanies or hats it makes the sweating worse. This neck gaiter helps keep my face warm all while not overheating me and making me sweat more. It’s odor resistant so even though I’m sweating it doesn’t stink after a couple of uses.

So I can't attest to anything other than they seem well-made... just as you should expect from anything made by Carhartt! The fleece is substantial, but doesn't seem overly bulky. I'm going to have them embroidered with our logo - and I'm sure they'll be a hit!

Keeps you very Warm. One thing to look out for is if you like to keep it over your nose it may fog up any glasses you are wearing.

I picked one of these up last summer and when winter came around I used it a lot. I work at a college so there's a lot of walking around outside. It was warm around my neck but when I'd pull it up to cover my nose it wasn't long enough to cover my neck. All in all I'm satisfied with the product but I do wish it was about 6 inches longer.

it was too tight for my husband who is and XXL guy. it fit me perfect and I am a medium sized woman.

I use this when on the motorcycle in cold weather and is comfortable to wear up to about an hour, but I think it depends on how loose or tight it is around the neck. From my experience loose is better than tight . Has some stretch to it. My neck is about a 17”.

This neck gaiter doesn't let the wind through, but is breathable enough so your face doesn't get too hot or sweaty. Black color isn't unique but is versatile and plenty functional. I would absolutely recommend!

Its just what you would expects. It has to be cold to use it.

It does it job by keeping you warm especially on those cold windy days. It's great when your not doing alot of work but once you get moving or working it gets really hot so I have to take it off. The only complaint I have is if your going to use it as a face mask it's not long enough and a small draft goes down your neck on the bottom of the gaiter. If it was just slightly longer I would give this five stars but other than the length it does its job.

The neck gaiter I ordered is not like the one pictured. Why is this?

This neck gaiter fits great!! It isn't too tight but tight enough to stay up over my nose when it is really cold out. It keeps my neck, cheeks and nose warm when I am out walking. The fleece is soft and warm. Great product.
