I bought this hat and when it arrived the stamped eagle was off center as well as the medallion. There is a blemish on the leather and the back of the hat is pulled too tight and not symmetrical in look. I also had submitted a request to have a spacer added to my order as I knew the hat would be just a hair too big yet the small would have not fit. The spacer was not added nor was I called regarding my request.
