Bulk Purchase Policy

Country Outfitter reserves the right to refuse, restrict, limit, cancel or alter orders and the terms of purchase and returns applicable to Bulk Purchasers at any time. The term “Bulk Purchaser” shall mean anyone who purchases four (4) or more pairs of boots or, five (5) or more items of the same Merchandise SKU, each within a 30 day period.

Anyone who purchases merchandise with the intention of reselling it, you are prohibited from using any trademark, copyright or copyrighted materials, models or other intellectual property of Country Outfitter, or its affiliates, without first obtaining our written permission to do so. And you may not use Country Outfitter’s company name, trademarks or copyrights in a manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by Country Outfitter, or hold yourself as an affiliate of Country Outfitter or any of its brands.

If you are determined to be, in Country Outfitter’s sole discretion, a Bulk Purchaser, you may not return any Merchandise unless such Merchandise was defective at the time of sale and was purchased at regular price. All sales of discounted Merchandise to Bulk Purchasers are final and returns will not be accepted. If you are determined to be a Bulk Purchaser, you are not eligible to redeem coupons, Club C.O. rewards credit, welcome and birthday discounts, Direct Mailer Discounts, or any other promotional offers that require a code or identifier. A Bulk Purchaser is not eligible for benefits under the Club C.O. loyalty program and is not eligible for free shipping or discounted shipping options.

Country Outfitter reserves the right to refuse sales to Bulk Purchasers at their sole discretion.
