Company failed to provide when item was shipped and ETA! No tracking #

The ad says this is a straw hat, It's made out of PAPER, I punched 2 holes for a chin strap, It's paper. The size was a tad tight, I stretched it several days & got it just about right, it's pretty comfy now. It appears to be well made. I can't rate the reliability as I've only had it a short time
