Boot size was not in stock so it was ordered. It arrived sooner than projected and it fit. The boot is very comfortable and nice looking. It is one of the few brands that can be ordered with the foot width different than the calf width.

I wear these boots almost every single day and don't have one complaint about them. Working in retail I'm on feet for 8-10 hours a day and my feet feel great afterwards. They are tough, stylish, and easy to get on and off when I need to. I also wear these camping regularly and they keep clean, are easy to maintain, and, again, I don't even notice I'm wearing them. Great boots for the price!

I've had this pair of boots for about 3 years now. I couldn't be more happy with them, especially for the price! I am almost strictly a square toe person, both for looks and comfort, but I've been happily surprised with how comfortable (and pretty!) these are. I wear between a 7 and 7 1/2 depending on brand, I purchased these in a 7 and they fit perfectly snug, as they should be. Would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable pair of boots!

I was never able to buy cowgirl boots until I found Ariat. This is the only company I have found that offers "large calf" on some of their boots. I am sure there maybe others, but I haven't found them. My boots fit like a dream. I can wear them for hours as soon as I receive them. I love them (boots and the company). Some times it takes a while to get your boots because they sell them so fast, but they will email you when they come in. But, even then you have to be fast!! I have 4 pair and bought my husband a pair recently. He loves his too. Great company, great price and great boots. What else could you want?

At the risk of sounding dramatic... I have been looking for the perfect pair of red cowgirl boots for a little over 5 years. Every pair I found were too flashy, were a weird shade of red, didn't have the medium toe I prefer, or had tacky designs. My patience paid off when I received this pair of boots in the mail. These are beautiful boots with the quality and comfort expected from Ariat. I always wear a size 8 in Ariat boots and these were no different. The only reason I returned these boots was because the beautiful tooling and stitching really didn't show up as much as I would have liked. I decided I really wanted more detail. I still rated these a 5 because they are very attractive and comfortable boots.

I am a 9.5B- this boot is about a AA but is too long for a 9.5! It is a stunning boot- the leather is so soft and the stitching is neat, but I have had to send it off to be stretched as I can't even get my foot into it. It's not worth buying a size bigger as it is very long- maybe if your foot is wider than an A/B consider the mens size.

I got these boots years ago and they were my favorite pair and still are today. They are beyond comfortable and are good for everything. Cleaned up they are a nice simple dress boot. Or use them like I did and they will live in the mud for most of their life. In the end they started to crack but that was mostly due to me not wanting to clean them. Overall these are amazing boots and I’m looking to find another pair to replace these old ones soon.

Purchased these boots for a theme party. My first pair of Western boots in 60 years, and loved them from the moment I slipped them on. They will not sit in my closet until the next party. I shall wear them in style and comfort throughout my stomping grounds in the Hudson Valley. Cannot recommend more highly. True to size, and amazingly gorgeous and comfortable! Recommend most highly!

I own 5 pair of Ariat boots...they are the best. I had tendon repair surgery on my left foot two years ago and with the combination of a high arch and a fairly narrow foot, finding boots can be a real challenge. These boots are stylish, extremely comfortable, and allow me to be on my feet all day without any problem or fatigue. There was absolutely no "break-in" required; they were wonderful from day one. I won't buy any other brand!

These boots look great in the add but not in person. They do not fit around your foot, there is no arch support. For the money this was a poor choice and I returned them.

Great boots, they were a Christmas present for my partner and she loves them. Would have been a 5* review but one star deducted for the false offer of 10% discount in return for a newsletter sign up which turns out is not available on the UK site. A further star deducted for the sheer volume of emails sent after sign up! Will make every effort to seek out an alternative supplier in future

I bought a pair of these for my sister, and liked them so much I got a pair for myself. She has a wider foot, and took the 8.5s. I ordered 9.0, but that is too big because I have a narrower foot, so I sent them back for a pair of 8.5s. I can't speak to durability yet, but they were comfortable first day out walking around.

I’ve worn these boots for over a year and have never had a problem with them! Very comfortable, stylish, and traditional. Breaking them in didn’t take much time. These boots are versatile, I wear them to work, school, and everywhere else! The material is durable and genuine. The stitching is beautiful. Got these boots online because I always wanted to get some red boots but couldn't find any in Austria - [...] great colour! Didn't even really have to break them in, just use some leather balm on them once in a while and now they got the smoothest leather I've ever seen. I wear them for riding, in the stable, shopping, even working which means 10 hours standing - absolutely no problem with these great boots! Look great with mini skirts or with jeans stuffed into them - just wished there were a little more waterproof! Was already asked by some people on the street where I bought them.

Fits as it should, seems to be comfortable so far, but time will tell once they're broken in. The part of the boot where your foot bends is pretty stiff, so hopefully that will change a bit. Is a little hard to get off and on because of that. The color is very different from the photo. Taking off a star because the boots are actually a super dark brown, and not the distressed/medium brown as shown in the photo. I wish the color would have actually been like what the photo shows.

Fantastic colour. Just like picture. I'm an Aussie size 7.5 with a slightly wide foot. I bought the 7.5 B. Perfect fit. Was snug to get on and off at first, but pretty easy now (after 1 wear!) Also felt a bit tight around the foot once in, but that has eased, and now feels absolutely perfect :) But if my foot were a little wider, I don't know if the B would be a good fit. So definitely go up rather than down for width amount. Foot now feels really supported. Definitely buy this. I love it. And have had a lot of compliments already!

I got these earlier this week and couldn't wait for casual day to wear them to work. They are comfortable straight out of the box. I've had them on for 9 hours now and they're still comfortable. I ordered a 7.5 c due to bunions and they fit maybe a tad large. They aren't tight at all. I am a size 14/16 so my greatest concern was if they'd fit my calves. They fit perfectly. They look really nice with my nice jeans for the office and a nice top.

I hesitated buying boots online as I usually need to try them on to make sure the fit is correct.  In shoes I wear a 9.5 wide.  I ordered the 9.5 medium hoping that they would fit.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE my boots!!!  They fit perfectly, are comfortable and needed zero breaking in.  The first day I wore them all day with no problem.  I loved them so much I wound up ordering another pair in a different style.  Love those too!

I absolutely love this purchase! It is true to size. I am normally either a 7 or 7 1/2. I went with the 7 1/2 and even though there is some wiggle room, it will work great with thicker socks and jeans. Looking forward to getting these in brown.

These boots are amazing! Gorgeous and comfortable. They run true to size. I thought I should get a half size larger (thinking I didn't want them to be tight or too difficult to get on and off). Unfortunately, the half size larger was too big. FORTUNATELY, the return process was very easy. I had my second pair of boots--which fit perfectly--in a very short turn around time. I've gotten so many compliments on them...and my feet have never once felt uncomfortable in them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

These boots fit perfectly. I have a 7-Wide foot. Ordered a 7 1/2 medium width. They broke in quickly and the fit is the BEST! The stitching is beautiful and girly without being too eye-catching. Wear them with short and long Western style skirts. Best on-line purchase I've ever made!

At first I thought these boots were too big but they were'nt. Took a bit of getting on but then very comfortable. Wore them all day the first time! Lovely color and quality workmanship. Bit big around the top but guess they have to be roomy to tuck pants in. I was amazed at how soon they arrived in New Zealand - it's a long way from Kansas! Great service thanks.

Bought a 9 regular. One boot was too tight so I had to return them for a wide which was unusual. As this is my second pair of airats n I’ve never worn a wide before. Company was easy n pleasant to work with on the matter and shipping was fast. I’m a ariat boot wearer for life and the replacement boots are very comfortable right off the bat and just like my first pair that’s 10 yrs old.

I’ve been riding horses and competing my whole life. These were my first pair of riding boots and they lasted me 12 years of riding, stall mucking, everyday wear, and more! They were extremely comfortable, kept my feet dry, and held up to years of abuse. I finally abed and got a new pair after walking a hole through the soles. But that was after duct taping them for a year because they truly were my favorite pair. I recommend Ariat to everyone I know!

This is an extremely comfortable boot. Has a nice orthotic type insert for cushioning and support. And good value for the price. I wanted red cowgirl boots but these are too bright and smooth looking; they look almost like vinyl rain boots. Perhaps if worn in and scuffed they would look good, but out of the box, too red, too bright, too smooth. Styling might work for a black or brown boot but not red. Sadly, these went back. Decided to upgrade and buy worn-in looking Old Gringo Reno boots in red instead.

Needed boots quickly for a "boots and bling" party. Needed them fast; wanted something I could wear to nice event and for them have longer life as standard boot. Also have so many arch and foot issues. These arrived fast. They are beautiful. They fit perfectly. I will wear these for years to come! Could not have hoped for more!

I have these in black and red. The leather shaft is so soft. Minimal time to break in. They fit right off the bat and conformed perfectly within a few wears. Treated them right away. I've walked thru airports and travels with them. The tooling so pretty.

I've always wanted a pair of red cowboy boots! Have several pair of Ariat shoes that are the most comfortable shoes I wear... bar none. I've put so many miles on one pair, walking and dancing, that I dread the day they wear out. At 58 years old I decided to quit waiting and find my red dream boots! My new red Ariat Western Deertan Cowboy Boots live up to my high expectations of comfort, wearability and they're beautiful to boot (pun intended). I recently met Miss Rodeo Texas during trip to San Antonio, TX... I highly recommended Ariat Brand to her, as I have to everyone that admires my awesome red boots. I bought these boot for my wife and she loves them (husbands should be so lucky). However, they fit a tad tight compared to the same size of a different brand that she owns (Twisted X). I sent them back for a half size larger and haven't yet recieved the new ones. I expect all to be fine with a half size larger.

Although I did struggle to get these boot on, as they are fairly narrow, once I did get my foot in, the boots are very comfortable. The sole is soft and you can easily wear them all day. The leather is soft and I love the color!

love this boot. wish they made more colored boots at the bottom, most boots are colored only at the top. i love bright boots. i really prefer really wide round toe. i just couldn't locate. they seem to be narrow.

Well when I got them, they were prettier than the internet showed and they were so comfortable when I tried them on, I wanted to wear them immediately. I read previous reviews and since my foot is a bit on the wide side, I followed previous reviews to order a 1/2 size up if your foot is wide. I did and it was a great decision. I LOVE the true red color. My daughter loved the boots so much that I purchased her a pair in black. I wore the red boots with a cute teal dress and boy did I get lots of second looks!!! Few people wear western wear in Phila. LOVE these boots and will purchase from this company again.

They were this weird, speckly, baby poo yellow color. I sent them back and ordered different ones. They fit really well though and they style was cute!

My first pair of real boots, and I'm not disappointed in the least bit. I got a size 9,and I'm usually between a 9 and 9 1/2. I do however think I should've sized up to the half size. They feel great on my feet and I can get them on just fine. Taking them off seems to be a major struggle. My boyfriend can pull them right off, but it takes me a good 5 minutes to get one boot off. Maybe I'm taking them off wrong, who knows? I do feel like the half size might've made it easier. Regardless, they're so comfortable and super cute. The little heel doesn't bother me at all. I regret absolutely nothing.

Love to wear them with any outfit that has the smallest hint of red, feel like a super hero without the pain of other boot brands. The first time I put them on they felt tight for 5 to 10 minutes and them they started the love affair with my feet. Buy them, Ariats do not know how to disappoint!

I wear a C width boot which is not that easy to find and these fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I also own a pair of Ariat paddock boots in the same size so now I know that I can purchase this brand and size with confidence. These boots are beautifully made and very high quality.

They fit really well, a little tough to get into initially past the instep but length and width of boot is great, can walk in them for hours, colour is true to form and have never received so many compliments on my footwear as I do now every time I wear my new boots, thanks

I love them! Very comfortable and nice support for your foot, look great! I could where these all day and I did and was amazed how my feet didn't bother me at all. Plus they don't feel heavy like some boots do. Excellent arch support. I ordered the Black. I wish they were a little richer in black color with a more moisture look to them, they looked a little dry but I rubbed some oil on them and they look great. I ordered 1/2 size larger and they are perfect! So if you where a 1/2 size go up to full size and you will be fine.

I train horses and work on my feet all day, I have had the same pair for almost a year now (brown) and they feel the same as the first day Iputthem on. Nobreakin period,just put them on and go. Ioiledthem upthe other day and they came right back to life, I actually wore them out on a date :)

Just received my new boots in the mail today and as always that fit perfect. This is my second pair and I only got them because I wanted a different color the ones I have . Nothing wrong with my broke in pair. Bought them over 3 years ago and still going strong. I will never buy any other brand of boots. I do wish they carried sneakers and dress shoes though as well . Leather is excessively thin and poor quality. Sole was barely glued on and is a hard near plastic feel. Leather was already dried and cracking fresh out of the box. Size is 1/2 smaller than it should be.

I love these boots, they are pretty, and I love the color. They have a soft comfy innersole and I wore them to a line dance class and all day and night long to a wedding. I got lots of compliments, which is always great!

I am enjoying these boots. They are extremely comfortable with the gel like padding on the inside soles. I have problems with my feet, but I have worn them several times for the entire day and my feet were not hurting at the end of the day. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are comfortable and have a perfect toe shape. The boot shaft is unfortunately a bit wide, and I do NOT have thin calves. Because of this they look a little funny under bootcut jeans. But they are good for work so I'm going to keep them. I would say they run just the tiniest bit big. I usually wear a 9 and probably could have gone with an 8.5, but will wear them this winter with thick socks.
