These were not in the store at all so couldn't see them or try them on or anything, ordered my normal size and when we received them they didn't fit and this happened to my whole wedding party. The store was understanding and vwy helpful and all were great full for that. When we received the boots there was no description stated saying that the top half the boot would be as floppy as it was, making it a very difficult boot to put on. I like the way boot looks but can't have my whole wedding party change the boots so I will have to deal with them. When ordered from online it should be stated bout the tip of the boot and doesn't look like the pictures it will not stand up on its own.
