Good fit left boot is a bit tight getting it on feels like something is coming apart until it’s adjusted back heel is overall very comfortable!

My second pair - 1st lasted 30 months of day-in day-out heavy use in horse stables, mud, sea water, rain and snow. My big mistake was to wear them every day - I should have bought a lighter pair for spring and summer right away. This pair, in combination with unlined work hogs will last through 2020 ...... Truly recommend the Sierra H2O - not bad as a riding boot either, I (mis) use them when riding on Hollands sandy beaches through the North sea waves.

I love these boots. Never realized the freedom you get from not having laces limiting your foot movement. Especially when it comes to the brake peddle or the shifters.

I have already use 3 pairs of this boots and they are extremely comfortable and on dairy farms where there is a lot of water you do not have to care. Now I would like a pair of this dark brown (oil distresed) but even this is featured on this model only the Sunshine color is available. When can we have those dark brown color boots??

I believe their just too narrow and after trying to break them in its still just not fitting right. I dont blame the quality of the boot for this

Straight out of the box these were a great fit with no break in needed.

This is my second pair of Ariat boots. I needed a pair that would help keep my feet dry during the fall and winter now that I am living up in Northern MN. These boots were comfortable out of the box and did not require a break in period. They can get a little warm on the summer days but on the cooler nights they are fantastic. Feels like a very sturdy boot that I will be happy with for years, just like my other pair of Ariat boots.

Great for walking my Siberian Husky in all kinds of weather

I am from a north Australian cattle station and these are the most comfortable and durable work boots I have owned. I am on my third pair but they have one flaw. because they have a cloth lining above the heel which tends to let the heel colapse under your foot when putting them on. My solution is to take them to boot maker and get him to sew a leather strip above the heel. Another solution is to put plastic freezer bags over your sox, this works a treat for a tight boot to get on.

Color of the boot was much darker than image shown. The boots are supposed to be waterproof. When they got wet, the color ran, completely streaking the front of the boot.

Only thing is the heels could use a tad more cushion, but it’s fine without the extra cushion, still gets the job done.

Bought these a few weeks ago based on the color on the website "sunshine". Received a color that is a very dark brown. Not even close to the pic on the website or that is on the box they came in. Pics are a copperish or cognac color and the actual boot I got is a dark brown. Not unhappy with the Ariat company and service was superb, but product pics and description of color needs to be corrected on this particular boot. Sierra Waterproof Work Boot (soft toe).

I'm a firefighter and i have to wear black boots at work. i wear the black sierra pull-ons. i bought the sierra h20 thinking it would be waterproofsince itpoppedup whenisearched "waterproof" on ariat's site.theboot is more water resistant than my black sierras but not totally waterproof. also, the inside heel fabric has seperated from the shaft of the boot, so it catches on my heel everytime i put on the boots. my foot goes in with a little work, but i know having to work my foot in there everytime because of cloth that has come loose will result in the boot tearing sooner than it should. seems like a quality issue, but i'd worn them twice before it happened so i'm not even gonna try to return them. my black sierras are over a year old and still doin well, but i don't expect these water RESISTANT boots to last as long without the inside heel of the boot tearing. although not completely waterproof, i'd still love to have the sierra h20 in black so i could wear em at the station.

This is my 2nd pair, probably a better fit this time. I love this boot, truly a waterproof boot! Love the new designinside, did away withthequiltedstuffthatstretchedto much. Next time youupdate this boot put the black leather heal slide on top of the heal cup so your heal wont hit a "speed bump" on the way down...then it will be a perfect boot! Also make in black... Bought these about 4 months ago. They broke in very quickly after I wet them pressure washing. They are absolutely the most comfortable boots I've ever owned And I've had every brand there is basically If you work outdoors and need a waterproof boot that 5hese are the only ones I recommend.

I bought these boots specifically to allow me to commute to work on a motorcycle in the rain, yet arrive wearing passable brown "shoes" to the job.They wererecommended bythesalesperson for this purpose,andof course are advertised as being guaranteed waterproof, membrane technology, blah, blah, etc. etc. Have only had them less than a month and a half and was only willing to spend this much money based on the expectation of completely solving my rainproof needs. Previously had several other pairs of shoes get destroyed on rides - because once they get wet just once they grow smelly bacteria and become unwearable. Well - after a month and a half just got back from my first commute in rain - and not even heavy rain! The right boot filled up with about 1/2 cup of water and the left boot was damp. When I arrived I had to dump out as much water as I could, then squish around the job site in them all day! I am NOT a happy customer. Right now I'm trying to dry them out with a hairdryer but they already have a touch of "that awful smell" so even if I can somehow make them more waterproof they may have to go in the trash. We'll see. Oh - I'm also having a problem with the material separating on one of the heels just as in the firefighter's review. Remember, these are less than a month and a half old at this point.

These boots are like the other Ariat boots I have had in the past, perfect fit and perfect performance. It is great to slosh through any wet muddy areas and not feel moisture on my feet.

Unlike many Ariat customers, I live in the city. I bought them to keep my feet dry in our heavy rains as well as to wear when I visit the folks' ranch. They came a tad narrow, but I own a set of shoe forms in my size just for this purpose. They are perfectly broke in and now a favorite shoe for me. Now I am using them to ride my motorcycle. They are a great all-around boot. I appreciated the Shepler's insert about "how boots should fit." They were loose in the heel and snug elsewhere, and have broken in just right. [...]

The leather is soft and the boots fit well. The only down side is that they are unlined. I wish they made these in an insulated version for cold weather.

Fit true to size, comfortable right out of the box and all day, tough as nails, feet stay dry, buying another to rotate daily. I have always enjoyed lace up boots, leery of pull on not being snug enough. These boots are just right for my feet. Plenty of support and no slipping.

I have my pair of Ariats for about six years and they are comfortable and have been good boots, however, like reviewer 37280 the soles on both boots have split at the "Oil Resistant" label on the sole. Now I have a pair of boots that are still in excellent shape that cannot be worn because the repair shop tells me that the sole is not repairable!

I've had these boots for about a year now, i ware them everyday 10+ hr. They broke in within days. Not quite water proof but they do a goodjobkeepinga majority out.

As I was going to a friend's farm to help with repair of flood damage these boots arrived just at the right time - the day before. Tried them on - perfect fit, wore them most of that day to make sure they were OK. Then all day everyday for several days down on the farm. Very comfortable the whole time, good tread, solid construction. They came home covered in dust and dirt , a few scratches, but the dirt hosed off and they cleaned up real well, and with some leather conditioner look "out of the box" again. The color is darker than the picture but I prefer darker.

This is my 4th pair of these work boots fit is good comfy holds up for about 2 years if construction and outdoor use in all elements

Unbelievable comfortable, haven't had any complaints about it being water proof. Hasn't had any problems yet. The onecomplaint is what someone else mentioned aswell, thecloth has come unattached atone of the heels and now takes more work to put the boot on. That is my only complaint so far though

Bought 1 pair and soles split in about 2 weeks. Thought I would give another try and bought a second pair which did the exact same thing. Heels are even falling apart. JUNK JUNK JUNK!!!!!! Don't waste your hard earned money.

I have owned these boots for 2 years. Very comfortable right out of the box. I can wear them all day Long for work around the yard and farm.

Had a pair of Lacrosse boots that finally gave out after about 10 years. Well they no longer make a leather pair like the ones I had which are similar to these. Gave these a try and am very impressed with the overall quality and comfort of the boot. Good looking boot too I might add. If they even last half as long as my last pair I'll keep buying em. Very comfortable and keeps you dry while working in rain

This was my first pair of Ariats. I bought these on a recommendation from a friend that raises and recues horses. Told me how this is the only brand he'll ever but again. So I took a chance. I bought these just over a month ago for riding my motorcycle. Great comfort right out of the box. I always hate the break-in period but with these there is/were none for me. I wore these to our state fair last night and walked all over with NO foot pain what so ever. Recommend a very big YES!!!!

*Ariats run large so best to buy the 1/2 size smaller. Shipping was pretty quick and Ariat does a great job with status updates. Boots fit great right out of the box and put them to work the first day. I purchased the waterproof boots for doing yard/farm work and always walking in wet grass. They have good tread and have kept my feet dry so far. I also have been dealing with planter fasciitis prior to these boots and can tell you that they are very comfortable to work in for long hours especially once broke in. Lastly the break in period for me was quite quick with very light temporary foot soreness and the lower portion of the boot is snug at first but with use does stretch out some and seems to form to your foot well. Nobody likes to buy junk, especially me...as of right now I would definitely buy these boots again! The only knock I have against them is that the color I chose was supposed to be more of a tan and It's more of a dark brown. Hope that helps

I got what I expected - strong, warm and truly waterproof. I wear them on the snowy slush, in the rain and so on. Inspires respect for the merit and quality of product. I love to wear them. Regarding the size: I usually wear a 42.5 or 43 European and ordered 10 EE. Turned out a little loose, but I love little loose. Those who love tight-fitting I would recommend 9 1/2 EE...

I’m an airline pilot and have been searching for the perfect work shoe/boot that’s airport security friendly and tough enough to handle the scuffs and scrapes that a cockpit will do to a pair of shoes… My search is over…these boots are EXACTLY what I was looking for… super durable, non-slip and really comfortable… I’m confident that these will last me for the rest of my flying career…couldn’t be happier…

Same happened to me. Nice boot (style 37280) for almost 2 years. I alternated wearing with my second pair (style 37285). Second pair has done thesame.Thesole isgreat (verylittle wearing shown) . The splitting happenens where the bottom sole And stitching come togehter

I work on a concrete yard so I am constantly getting them wet, climbing into heavy duty equipment, walking on different terrains, and driving. Normally after 3 months my soles are starting to flop off but here I am still trucking along. I waited and kept my receipt to write my review because I was optimistic on how well they would hold up because they are pretty comfortable and lighter weight for a work boot. I will say Ariat does stand by their products so keep your receipt. I was so annoyed that my other boots didn’t hold up I was going to make this the last pair I bought if they fell apart again. However I would buy this boot again! I am just super glad I am 5 months into this pair and still going strong.

I don’t care for these boots they are too hot and whatever they use to water proof them causes the boots to fit too tight. I feel like the inside back of the boot is bunching up when I slide my foot in it. I just wanted regular Sierra boots not water proof. Very disappointed in these boots. They also seem heavy…I feel like Herman Munster walking in them haha

These boots tolerate all terrain my young fellow goes pigging in wet,muddy areas and they stand up to this. Would definately recomend as our young fellow cannot kill them. Postage was quick as always

The size that is written in the boot did not fix the same size from others companies. The Ariat Sierra H20, is made with a very high quality material, and have very attractive design. However, my heels did not get inside... A great boot that should be recalled by the company...The quality can not be used...

Awesome Boot! After I figured the sizing out. I originally ordered a 11 wide which would be my typical size is almost all other shoes and boots. My foot got swallowed in the 11. Then ordered a 10.5 which is just right. I’m just getting them broke in now and they are really softening up and getting comfortable. I think they will be great boots for station/EMS runs being a firefighter/paramedic.

I love my boots! They are so comfortable and warm. I wish i would have ordered a size down because i dont like them so loose but they fit well with thick socks. Also my boots look alot darker than the picture but still really nice. Overall i plan on buying another pair when i need them.

I had mine for 6 years and they stood up to chemicals in pest control as well as construction. Mine are finally dying and I’m sad to see them go since they’re the most comfortable boots I’ve ever had. Would and have recommended them. Easily my favorite boots I’ve ever had.

When it came time to get a new pair I wanted something darn-near indestructible and impervious to weather conditions. These are my go-to travel footwear. Only had a couple months and have withstood rain and snow with ease. Padded, moisture wicking, warm. These are gonna be with me a long time.

These Boots are extremely comfortable and durable. I've hade many different work boots over the years and these boots, HANDS DOWN are the best. They are truly waterproof, and will outlast most boots you may be used to. They fit great with no break in period, and they look great too!!!

These boots are for my 17 year old son. These are his second pair and he absolutely loves them. Better than any otherboot he has worn, ie, Justin, Red Wing, etc.He wasreally excited to receive these forChristmas as the pair he had been wearing were quite worn out as he has worn them every day for about 8 - 10 months. Got the old ones wet on the inside and out right before Christmas and the lining came out so he was really excited to get the new pair for Christmas. Keep up the good boots!!

This appears to be a very well made boot except for one minor detail. You can't get a foot into them. The boot appears to be the right size, 9M but you would need to have size 6 foot to get past the instep which is too narrow and too low. It would be perfect if you have a hinge in the middle of your foot. I really wish I could wear them, they look very nice, but they have to go back.

Exactly what I needed, a safe, waterproof boot, for walking my patrols, on uneven, commercial yards strewn with various debris. now I don't worry about my foot safety and probably most important, keeping my feet dry in the monsoon rains we are getting on a daily basis.

A tighter fit than my previous non water proof pair.The lining takes up a little extra room so maybe order a half size bigger.Apart from that a good fair priced pair of comfortable well made boots.
