These boots held up for about a year. I've probably hiked about 2k miles or more in them. I oiled them regularly and they stayed fairly waterproof. They have the most aggressive tread I've ever had in a logger boot. It was the longest break in period for a boot I have ever had though. It took over a month before they were comfortable. I'll be buying a replacement pair soon.

Ordered a pair to try and wasn't disappointed. These boots fit great, are very comfortable, have good arch support, and offer plenty of toe room. Personally I would like to see a better quality of laces.

I’m 6’4 and weigh 275. These boots held up for a year and never lost their water proofing. They grip well on ice and snow. Complaints, insoles did not last but about 5-6 months, side near steel toes start to hurt your feet after 10-11hrs of wear. Just bought my second pair since the other pair started to stink and the heal is wearing out on one side. Had them for about 14 months. While I was trying them on, another guy said that he has these and there is favorite. He said he was a carpenter.

I work on the railroad and bought these boots thinking they would hold up walking on gravel all day and within four days of owning them the soles starting separating on both boots.

My first pair of climbing boots and after 2 weeks they are very comfortable and feel like a light boot.I have been in some rain and feet stayed dry .Hooked 1 pole And what a difference vs regular boots .Alot better than carrying a ladder in rear pole route.I like them .I like them alot.

The boots have done their job. But the extra material that keeps the tongue connected digger into your ankle making it unbearable to walk in. One boot has more padding in the collar that the other making it uncomfortable.

Superior durability, grippy soles and complete support for the foot and ankles. I won't switch from these... they're that good. As a UPS driver, I put miles on my feet and these boots have been the best I've ever tried.

I need good boots that I can also hike in, and do hard manual labor tasks on uneven terrain. They are true to fit. I recommended going off the European size chart if your a female. If you wear Ariat then go with the same size you have but in European for female sizing. They are also stiff and uncomfortably the first 2 days but after that they breaking in nicley. Highly recommended!

These boots are not brown, they are chocolate in color.
