I’ve worn arait for years, I ordered the boot in the wrong size. Sheplers refunded my money, minus $10 for handling. Return shipping was free. Boots didn’t look perfect when received, there were a few scuffs and they were shipped without an arait box. If you know what size you wear in arait boots order that size, if you are new to there brand, try on a pair in a store that sells them before you buy online. Some run big, some run small, depending on the person and there foot. For me, I need a 1/2 size smaller (10.5) when in most other brands of shoes I wear an 11.

Awesome boots, only complaint is the top opening is a massive, gaping, hole. The Grand Canyon got nothin' on these babies. I wear boot cut jeans, and they barely fit over. Some pants have to be tucked into them. Beyond that, if you like Ariat, these are on par.

Yes, they are a bit heavy, but these are the best boots for oilfield work and cold weather. Water and oil proof and keep my feet warm even when if it rains and water gets in from top.

Top of boots very large and stiff making it almost impossible to pull pants ( Levi’s 501’s) down over the top of them. Comfort is good and I love the traction

Live everything about the boot except the large open top.
