    Too Heavy and uncomfortable

    I ordered them online and I really was looking forward to trying them on and when I tried them on for a few hours they were too heavy and I called Customer service and they told me I couldn’t exchange them but I said: How am I suppose to feel how comfortable they are? They said I couldn’t exchange them for another pair of boots. I was super disappointed because they were heavy on my feet and hurt my ankles.
