I was so excited to find a white pair of boots that I loved. And I love the design but sadly after one wear the white visibly started to come off. I tried to treat it with the boot barn conditioner and it only made it worse. Now there is a blotch of white missing from my boot.

Limited sizes had to exchange for a different pair.

Beautiful boots !! Perfect for a variety of outfits, because you can play off of the colors in the flowers Boot is very narrow in the toe bed ,so be aware if you have a bit of a wider foot , you will feel the pinch and possibly blister while breaking them in . The narrow head of shoe does make them more stylish !!

These boots are beautiful but because they only came up to a size 10, they will need to be returned. My granddaughter was completely smitten with them, so we tried the 10 but sadly they were too small, Such a shame, as they are very, very pretty. If they ever come in an 11, we will be purchasing them again.

The boots weren't for me, but for my daughter. She loved them and they look great. And the fit was correct, matched to her shoe size.

Adorable boots! Comfy and fit true to size. They were shipped to the house and the security tag is still on. The nearest store is an hour away.

While the boots arrived quickly, there were some black scuff marks (on white boots) and the craftsmanship seemed average.

When I receive the boots, they were extremely damaged so I tried to send them back for an exchange because it showed that they had the size and that I was able to exchange. I sent the boota back and waited two weeks with no real answer of where my new boots would be or when they were coming in. The only thing they were telling me is that they were out of my size and no longer had anything in stock and that they were searching for another pair. After two weeks I’m going back-and-forth I got a random refund and then an email saying that I had personally requested For a cancellation and refund, which I had not. And I tried to email back about what happened to the new booth that were supposed to be sent to me, and I got no response. Really disappointed because the boots were really cute that things turned out the way they did and that they let me send the old ones back and said they had the same size in stock they did not.
