Had High Hopes

I wanted to make this my new favorite hat but unfortunately not.

Too small, too rigid

It said "one size" but the tag says "small" and it is too tight; will be sending back. Also did not care for the style (now that I've tried on, I also prefer a wider side brim as opposed to this style on which the side is turned all the way up & not flexible). Thank you!

I ordered the Shyanne Women's Western Hat for my DIL for Christmas and also the matching version in youth for my granddaughter. Boot Barn sent two youth sized hats. When contacted, we were informed that the women's was out of stock for a minimum of two months. Very disappointed!
