I love the boots , exactly like the picture, once broken in they are comfortable

Very disappointed! The boots I received were way too small even though they were my correct size. I gave up after many attempts to contact customer service. The phone number said it was disconnected and all of my emails came back to me as undeliverable. I went though the link on the website. What a waste of money!

I really liked these boots and I have a small foot and always take a size 6 . These run waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay tooooooooooooooooo small and couldn't even begin to get my foot in . I was thinking that if they had a side zipper then perhaps I'd of been able to get them on ,
