It is a beautiful long jacket but the one I received had the lining mis-sewn. The jacket is actually gorgeous! I just could not wear it - it was the sleeves were where the sewing was twisted...sad about it but bought another style and that one is TERRIFIC! I have been a Shepler's client for many years - and the jackets never wear out -hey are sturdy - they have classic lines and great fit! Sometimes, the sleeves are too long for me, but I cuff them as there are generally zippers on most styles. I gave it three stars because of the defect and had to return, but the customer rep was wonderful and understood my predicament. After getting this reboxed and sent on its way back to the warehouse, I simply looked again and found a blue studded leather jacket that I just got - and it is amazing! Shepler's stands behind their merchandise, like a good retailer should, and will assist you with any problems or queries! I would actually like to see this particular (Batavia) jacket in a bright and light color - it is a classic!

I'm happy, however the color is not as pictured. It is not dark brown but more of a mole brown.

This jacket is beautiful in person and really easy to style and to wear. I'm so glad I snapped this up. It's going to go with everything.
