Pro's- comfortable bottoms and very light. Con's- if you are a 2E then should order 3E for width, laces struggle to stay tied even with a double knot

Needs careful Break-in

As ordered arrived well packaged, sturdy boots, require break in, several days of short stints on, even after a couple of light leather oil treatments to speed up the process. The lace loop lands on the ankle bone making a sore spot initially, skipping that lace loop helped. Now the soles are finally breaking in and the boots are starting to be all day comfortable. Clearly you will want to be very deliberate breaking these in before any extended wear. The upside is these boots should have excellent service life.

These have always been good. These new ones slip more.than ever.. I build transmissions. And fluid gets on the ground. The composition of the sole is differant than before. I think I wasted my money ... I have bough this same bootn3 or 4 times in the last few years usually 1-2 pair a year.. they are not the same. I will be looking for a.better boot soon. And Maynor buy here again if this is what the hawks have gone too for future.. very slippery. Trying not to get hurt.till I buy something else...
