The seam at the top of the boot on the inside is very rough and not finished off very well. It rubbed a hole in my socks. Cover about an inch of it with mole skin and fixed the problem. A bit disappointing. Another than that the boot wears comfortable.

I have several pair of Dan Post like these here because of the comfortable fit ,quality leather, dress style and sole/heel are non-slip with leather. I can wear as a dress and performance level boot that is well priced.

Best boot for comfort I have purchase to this day. right out the box the boot went on very smooth with ease. I will not have to take them to get a little stretched as I had to do with other boots. I will treat myself to another pair for Christmas .

Within one month of owning these the rubber bottom came peeling off on the heel. I would never buy these again. Horrible quality

This was a Christmas gift for my husband and he absolutely loved them! He requested half size large than shoe size because this was not his first pair.

Boots are great. Sheplers disappointed me however. I called in in regards to a discount code. I described the situation and was told to make the purchase and I could email back with my order number and get credited back per discount. I did so but was denied the refund. Got ripped off. Not happy about it.

Opening the box of my newly arrived boots revealed a great looking pair of boots. Out of the box, I pull one on and whoa, is there gravel in the bottom of the boot? Took off the boot for a peek inside and what’s that stuff? A pulverized pringle? Pork rind fragments? Desiccated buffalo chip debris? Bacon bits? Turned the boot upside down and out came a pile of what I assume, were pieces of seriously crispy dried out interior leather lining. Put the boots on and it felt like shards of broken glass were digging into my ankles and heels. I’ve had the boots for 2 weeks now and have already thought about punting them to the local Goodwill or Salvation Army store….My first pair of Dan Post boots are my last. Tip of The Decade: Beware of Septic Artifacts rolled in glitter!
