If you aren't 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with the tags attached and be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.

You can set up your return online by logging into your Account. If you checkout out as a guest and do not have an account, you can set up your return here. If you are sending back your return for an exchange we offer a completely FREE shipping label. If you are sending back your return for a refund we will deduct $5 from the refund.

Once a return arrives to our warehouse it typically take between 7 and 10 business days to process the refund or exchange. As soon as it is processed you will receive a notification email.

We will do our best to fulfill your requests. However, there are some circumstances where we are unable to cancel or change an order already placed. This can include items sent directly from the vendor or items already in the shipping process. We will let you know if your request is possible.

At Country Outfitter we offer great deals on large orders for businesses and organizations. If you would like to receive an estimate please provide the description or sku of the items you would like to order, sizes, quantities, and any other information that you think might be helpful.
