    Mis sized. Very stiff.

    The hat was totally mis sized. I called Sheplers and arranged a return. Sheplers has been helpful and is sending another hat. We will see if the new hat is sized better. I don't know if the stiffness will make the hat uncomfortable to wear even if it fits.
