The button won’t even stay latched. Really disappointed to pay this much for jeans and he probably can’t even wear.

I was so impressed by this company at first when my son was able to go right on the website and so excitedly ordered exactly what he wanted in no time at all. So they were on the way, on the way, and on the way. Somewhere in there they got stuck. It took it seemed like forever for them to get here. Then finally got here. He was still excited that they finally got here! But then so disappointinly his first time to try to wear them the zipper broke!!!! Well so now he has to send the jeans back and do an even exchange which could take who knows how long for this to finally happen.!!! It seems like soooo long he has been waiting for these jeans to finally make it here!! Love the company so much!! But PLEASE can you try to speed up on the shipping, it is so horrible to have to see the disappointment on my son's face while he eagerly awaits on his jeans he has been so bound and determined to get!! Please help me!!!
