The boots arrived very quickly, and were shipped with obvious attention to detail, ensuring arrival of the boots in excellent condition.
Today is my 4th straight day of wearing the boots, which I immediately fell in love with as they are truly ‘steeped in Cowgirl country tradition.’ The stitching is elegant, the dress rubber sole is malleable and comfortable, and the outside leather itself is supple and obviously well-treated. The very comfortable ATS™ footbed keeps me from feeling like I have to grip with my toes to keep my foot in place!
The fit is perfect and true-to-size, the ball of my foot is where it should be, and the boots are the most comfortable-right-out-of-the-box new boots I have ever worn. The inside leather is very soft and smooth, with no lumps or bumps to cause irritation, and I have no blisters or ‘new boot’ sore spots after 4 straight days of use!
I’ve worn the boots to go shopping, out to dinner, and also out at night this weekend where I was walking in dew-drenched grass looking at Christmas lights. There are no water stains, scratches or any obvious signs of wear, and you can literally pour water on the foot of the boot and it rolls off like water on a duck’s back. Water spot resistant and nick resistant are big ‘pluses’ in my book.
Between the comfort, quality and the color, and after 4 days of intentional use, these boots are already the boots I want to wear every day. They look good with my leather skirt, my jeans, and also with my full python Western jacket. In other words, they go with almost everything, and get even more comfortable every day.
