Shipping and Returns
At Country Outfitter we provide the best possible shipping services for our friends and customers. The available shipping methods will be displayed during our checkout process. The method will default to FedEx Premium Ground if no other option is selected. The shipping time and cost vary based on the method you select, so your order total will change with your selected method.
FREE SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer free shipping for orders over $99. In order to receive free shipping, you must select FedEx Saver Shipping on the cart page prior to checkout. If this method is not selected, it will select the faster Premium Ground method for $5.99 by default.
For orders under $99, the cost of FedEx Saver Shipping is $5.99.
WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Promised ship time is Country Outfitter’s estimate for when your order will leave our warehouse. All in-stock items have a 24 hour ship out time (“Ships in 24 hours”), and this means your order will be assigned a tracking number the next business day. If an item must be ordered in, it will display the ship out time for that specific vendor, such as “Ships in 5-8 days.” This is the amount of time required to ship your order out of our warehouse. If your order contains items with various ship out times, the entire order will ship according to the longest ship out time.
NEED IT FASTER? EXPEDITED SHIPPING INFORMATION
You may upgrade to Premium Ground Shipping, 2nd Day Shipping or Overnight Shipping for an additional fee. Expedited shipping (only to your physical address) is only available on items that can ship within 24 hours and are in-stock.
Expedited shipping methods are only delivered Monday through Friday, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
Expedited shipping methods are delivered on business days only. (Ie: If an order is placed on a Friday morning and ships the same day via FedEx Overnight, it will be delivered on Monday.)
While we are able to ship to APOs, we are unable to provide dependable tracking information via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Often, these orders arrive within 2 weeks, but in some cases it could take as long as 6 weeks.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return labels for our APO customers at this time.

ALASKA AND HAWAII
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are special cases. These orders are subject to a $15 surcharge and must be placed over the phone.
To provide the best service possible, items sold by Country Outfitter Marketplace sellers are shipped directly from the seller. The shipment method used is left to the discretion of the seller, but most items arrive within 5 to 7 days.
CANADA / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are able to ship to Canada. A 25% surcharge will be charged to the subtotal of all orders shipping to Canada, as well as a flat-rate charge of $34.99 for Canada Standard shipping. On average, Canada Standard takes 3-4 days to be delivered. We cannot ship to Canadian P.O. Boxes.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship outside the United States and Canada at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you aren't 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund or free exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items returned must be in their original packaging, have the manufacturer tags, and be in new, unworn, unwashed condition.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
If your order was placed on October 1, 2014 or later, it is eligible for an exchange or store credit through January 15th. All orders wanting a refund must be sent back within the normal 30 day return policy. *This does not include sale items, events, or gift cards.
FLASH SALE ITEMS
All Flash Sale items are final sale and non-returnable. We offer our incredible discounts because we do not keep any inventory after our sales end. Because of this, we cannot process returns. We do want you to be satisfied with your order and do not expect you to pay for a damaged product. If this is the case with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it right.
If you used our custom embroidery service, these items are not accepted for return or exchange. If you have customized or altered your items, these are also not accepted for return or exchange.
If you are not fully satisfied with the product you received and believe it could be defective, please contact Customer Service before mailing the product back to us. We will walk you through the replacement process.
If the original packaging or box is damaged, the return will be subject to a repackaging fee of $3.50. If for any reason the returned item is not in its original condition, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. For your convenience, we offer a $5.00 FedEx return label. If this label is used on an exchange, it is absolutely free. If used for a return, $5.00 will be deducted from the refund amount. We do not accept postage-due returns.
All you need is the order number from the picking ticket. You'll follow the normal process and can receive an exchange or gift card, detailed below.
Setting Up a Return
Returns are processed through your Country Outfitter account. An account is set up for you when you place your first order based on the email address you provided at Checkout. If you haven’t activated your account yet, you may do so here.
Once you have activated your account, you may set up a return by signing in to your account and following these instructions:
1. Select the order you would like to return with the Return Item(s) button.
2. Choose whether you are returning for a refund or an exchange.
3. Select the item you wish to return and the reason for your return.
4. Return Label: If you would like to use our optional $5.00 FedEx return label, check “Use FedEx Printable Label.” You may use this label to ship your return from any FedEx location. If this label is used on an exchange, it is absolutely free. If used for a return, $5 will be deducted from the refund amount. If you chose to ship the item using your own method, we suggest that you get a tracking number or delivery confirmation. Our return address is a the bottom of this page.
5. To complete the return, click “Request a Return.” This will create your return and generate the shipping label if one was requested.This label will be emailed to the address used to place your order. Please be sure to check your Spam folder.
6. Attach the return label to the outside of the shipping box, not to the product or boot box. Mark through or tear off the original shipping label to avoid incorrect scanning during shipment.
7. To ensure your return is processed in a timely manner, fill out the return and exchange form that was included with the order. If the return form is not available, you may print a new copy here.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SEND THE ITEM BACK?
After your return has been delivered to Country Outfitter, we usually have your return processed within 3-5 business days. During the holidays, we work as quickly as we can but please allow up to 2 weeks to process returns. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you used to place your order as soon we your return is processed.
If you requested a refund, a confirmation of the refund will also be sent to the email address associated with your order. We issue refunds immediately, but it may take your financial institution 2-3 days to post the funds to your account. Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are nonrefundable.
If you requested an exchange, a copy of your new order will be emailed to you. If the exchange item is not currently in stock, that item will be placed on order and shipped as soon as we receive it from the vendor. We cover the cost of shipping your new item to you.
