Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We ship all orders via FedEx to provide the best possible service to our customers. At checkout, we offer several different shipping options for your convenience. We will display the pricing and estimated ship-time when you check out as well. We are unable to ship International orders at this time.
Our standard method of shipping is FedEx SmartPost. FedEx SmartPost utilizes the US Postal Service for final delivery to you. If you have both a physical address and a PO Box, please use your PO Box as the shipping address for standard FedEx SmartPost Shipping. If you want the package delivered to your physical address, you will need to upgrade the shipping method to FedEx Ground Service and provide your physical address by selecting “Ship to Separate Address” at checkout. For orders totaling $48.99 or less, standard shipping is $5.99. For orders of $49.00 or more, we offer free standard shipping.
APO Shipping
While we are able to ship to APO’s, we are unable to provide dependable tracking information via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We have seen these orders arrive within a couple weeks, but we’ve also seen delivery take up to 4-6 weeks.
We are unable to provide return labels for our APO customers at this time.
Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment for your order:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
*All prices are in US dollars. We DO NOT accept foreign currency, checks, or money orders.
Return Policy
A Return Authorization number (RA) is required to return an item for refund or exchange (See "How to set up a return" below.) Returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt with the following necessary exceptions:
- It is the customer's responsibility to make sure items are returned to us, but we do offer a $5 return label for your convenience (see more information under "How To Set Up A Return.")
- No credits will be issued for shipping charges.
- No “postage due” returns will be accepted.
- Returned items must be in original packaging and in original, unused, unaltered, and resellable condition within 30 days of receiving merchandise. Laundered items or items missing manufacturer tags cannot be returned. Please be sure the UPC tags are attached to the returned items.
- Shoe returns and other boxed items must be inside the untaped and undamaged shoe box in which they were originally packaged. Please do not tape or attach postage directly to the shoe box, but to the shipping box.
- Damaged shoe or product boxes will be subject to a $3.50 fee.
- Embroidered sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns that are not in their original, resellable condition are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our returns department, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, gift card, etc.)
- Please note that depending on your credit card company; it may take up to one week for the credit to post to your account.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with the items you receive, we want to make your return as easy as possible:
You can set up your return and print out a $5 return label online at CountryOutfitter.com account. The $5 will be deducted from your final refund amount.
*If you have not yet set up an account, click “Setup my account” just below the “Sign In” button. You will then enter your email address and receive a confirmation email to set up your password.
If you already have an account, simply enter your email address and password under “Sign in to your account,” then follow this 5 step process:
1. Click the order number that contains the item you want to return.
2. Click "Return items from this order."
3. Select items you want to return by choosing the return reason, and how many you are returning.
4. Next, choose how you wish to return your item. You can either print a shipping label and we will deduct $5 from your return credit, or you can ship using the method of your choice.
5. Click “Continue” and you'll be prompted to either print a shipping label or get a Return Authorization (RA) number for your records.
Next, please fill out the return/exchange form on the back of your invoice, or enclose a note providing your name, order number, and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange to help us process your return more quickly.
Repackage returns in the original shipping container, if it’s still handy, and ship the items to:

Your return will be processed within two weeks of receipt, and a confirmation email will be sent out to you at that time.
*We can not provide return labels for APO returns.
*If you do not wish to use our return label, we do ask that you get a tracking number from your shipper for security purposes. We want to be sure that your items make it back to us safely.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for up to 30 days from the time that you receive your order and are set up much like returns. Just follow the “How To” instructions listed above to print a return label, then fill out the return/exchange form that came with your order indicating which items you would like sent back out to you. We will place your new exchange order for you within 2 weeks of receiving your return. A confirmation email will be sent out to you at that time.
