“We would wear them in a boat!
We would wear them with a goat…
We would wear them in the rain.
And in the dark. And on a train.”
Ok, so Dr. Seuss probably didn’t write that, but we’re pretty sure that if he wore a Carhartt hat he would have written these words. At the very least, that is how we feel about these fun, lovely, adorable, cute, stylish, hip and AWESOME hats. If you’re not sure what we’re trying to say yet, let us be clear: we love Carhartt hats, and we want everyone to know it.
If you’re unfamiliar with them, let us briefly explain. Carhartt hats come in men’s and women’s styles. They are built to actually keep your head warm (no pretending, they actually do this). While they’re keeping your head warm, they’re making you look cool with their simple stripes, sweet folk patterns, faux fur lining or whatever well-thought-out design they came up with. And that’s the thing! They’re simple but obviously well-crafted, with great attention paid to detail.
If you’re actually in a situation where you need to provide warmth to your head (i.e. snowboarding, skiing, ice skating), most of their designs will do the trick. You can wear them simply for their style too, even if it’s not that cold outside. For example, guys can wear the Camden Stripe Hat with a short sleeve tee layered over a long sleeve tee with some dark jeans and sneakers to give off a little bit of the mysterious slacker-chic look. Girls can wear the Boulder Earflap Hat with a burnt sheer thermal, skinny jeans and a pair of boots for the Cali-girl look, or she can throw on the Reversible Poplin Bucket Hat over some intentionally messy braids and a halter top bikini in the summer for some beach goddess vibes. Whatever the temperature, whatever the season, they work.
These hats were made for the young and the young at heart. We dare you to check out our entire selection, and then tell us that you don’t love them as much as we do. Well, do you?
Which hat is your favorite?
